Hi I’m Jess! Thanks for checking out my website. A little backstory about myself, I'm a mom of 3 adventurous children, wife to my best friend and a fur mama to our 6 year old Golden Retriever, Dakota.
From a young age I fell in love with creating, exploring and mastering different art forms. I became hungry to learn all I could about both video & photography. I’d watch films over and over then would create my own. I remember saving up for my first video camera and how excited I was when I brought it home. The first time cutting a short film and spending hours in front of the computer totally immersed in the art of editing. Or the first time stepping into a darkroom and being introduced to the world of black and white photography. To this day I still have that deep desire to constantly create, explore new mediums and collaborate on new projects in both video and photography. I love learning and continuing to push myself out of my comfort zone.
After graduating from the University of Arts in 2008, I started my own photography and video company, Jess Vogt Studios LLC. With over 15+ years of professional experience I would be honored to capture your special milestones and events. I can offer a variety of services from video promotional ads, branding shots, headshots, weddings, family & newborn sessions.
Over the years I have had some amazing opportunities that I'm forever grateful for. Those experiences have been the stepping stones that led me to awesome destinations and helped fine tuned my skills as a professional. I’ve worked for and have long term relationships with companies such as HBO, AEG, Live Nation, iHeart Radio to name a few. I was incredibly fortunate enough to work on an Emmy Award winning show, 24/7 Kelly Slater for HBO Sports. I am passionate about my work and it shows in the final products. I’m based in Monmouth County, New Jersey but I love traveling.
